- Promote loan services to potential clients in Lipa City and surrounding areas
- Acquire new clients through effective marketing and outreach strategies
- Process loan applications efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Manage client accounts, providing ongoing support and building long-term relationships
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental and company goals
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting lending operations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or financial services advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customer-centric approach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and willingness to learn company-specific software
- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing applications and managing accounts
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Lipa City, Batangas
