Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and acquire potential clients to meet loan growth targets.
- Guide clients through the loan application process from initial inquiry to disbursement.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and validity of all financial documents and client requirements.
- Provide prompt and professional assistance to client inquiries and resolve concerns effectively.
- Conduct regular account monitoring to ensure timely payments and portfolio health.
- Maintain organized and secure digital/physical records of all loan transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline lending operations and improve efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in lending, banking, or customer service is a significant advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team targets.
