Tanggung Jawab
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients through consultative selling and relationship management.
- Analyze client financial situations and risk profiles to recommend appropriate financial products and investment strategies.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends and opportunities within the banking and financial services sectors.
- Present complex financial concepts and product details clearly to clients in a way that is easy to understand.
- Track and monitor client portfolio performance, providing regular updates and performance reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including wealth managers and risk analysts, to ensure the best service delivery.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the firm.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial services, banking, or investment consulting.
- Strong knowledge of financial products, including insurance, mutual funds, and equities.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and financial reports.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on client service and relationship building.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
- Valid professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP, CPF) are a plus.
