Tanggung Jawab
- Drive the strategic vision and execution for global payment initiatives, ensuring alignment with company financial goals.
- Conduct rigorous financial modeling, scenario planning, and commercial analysis to support high-level business decisions.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and finance teams to identify monetization opportunities and operational efficiencies.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to advise leadership on financial strategy.
- Present complex financial data and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial strategy, business analytics, or global payments within a technology or fintech environment.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis (Excel, SQL), and business intelligence tools.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive projects from concept to completion.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, global environment is highly desirable.
