Tanggung Jawab
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank partners and their client base
- Conduct in-depth financial needs assessments to recommend appropriate insurance and investment solutions
- Present FWD's product portfolio effectively through personalized consultations
- Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for assigned territory
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation using CRM systems
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and new product offerings
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in financial services or insurance
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build trust quickly
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel within Pampanga
- Professional demeanor and commitment to ethical sales practices
