- Present and sell FWD's insurance and investment products to bank clients through personalized consultations
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments to identify suitable solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing engagement and support
- Collaborate with bank partners to enhance service delivery and client experience
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through strategic lead generation
- Stay current on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and product updates
- Prepare accurate sales reports and maintain client documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or financial services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customer-centric approach
- Valid life insurance license (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Proven ability to work independently while collaborating in team environments
- Residency in Baguio City or willingness to relocate
