Tanggung Jawab
- Act as an ambassador of FWD to clients of partnered banks, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships
- Analyze clients' financial needs and goals to recommend appropriate insurance and investment solutions
- Present and explain complex financial products in a clear, understandable manner to potential clients
- Complete sales processes and documentation accurately and efficiently
- Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends and regulations
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through networking and referrals
- Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to enhance professional development
Kualifikasi
- College degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services or insurance industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Cavite as needed
