- Act as a brand ambassador for FWD Life Insurance Corporation at our partnered bank locations
- Provide personalized financial solutions to clients based on their needs and goals
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify appropriate insurance and investment products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank partners and their clients
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory requirements
- Prepare and present professional proposals and financial plans to clients
- Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or financial services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Valid life insurance license or willingness to obtain one
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM systems
- Professional appearance and demeanor
