- Drive overall sales performance and consistently achieve or exceed monthly acquisition targets.
- Identify and acquire new high-quality clients through proactive prospecting and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Present and explain complex insurance solutions tailored to the specific needs of each client.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and policy reviews to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the team to share best practices and support collective growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any related field.
- With or without experience; we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity and trustworthiness in handling client assets.
- Willingness to work on-site and visit client locations within Iloilo City.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license is an advantage but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced sales environment.
