- Promote and sell FWD's traditional and variable insurance products to bank clients
- Conduct financial needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank partners and their client base
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective client engagement strategies
- Prepare and present product proposals aligned with client financial goals
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge through continuous training
- Maintain accurate sales documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years sales experience in financial services or insurance industry
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills with client-facing experience
- Valid life insurance license (or willingness to obtain within 3 months)
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
- Results-oriented mindset with proven track record of meeting targets
