- Identify and prospect potential clients to build a sustainable pipeline of business opportunities.
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses to recommend suitable insurance and investment solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through professional advisory services.
- Provide detailed presentations on Allianz PNB Life Insurance products and services.
- Assist clients throughout the application and onboarding process with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Stay updated with the latest market trends, financial products, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales performance and product knowledge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, financial advisory, or customer-facing roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and digital tools for client management.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A resident of Dagupan City or willing to commute/relocate to the area.
