Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth financial needs analysis for prospective and existing clients.
- Develop and present tailored financial protection and investment proposals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular portfolio reviews.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Participate in company-sponsored marketing events and lead generation activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market changes, and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, financial services, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and digital productivity tools.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting challenging targets.

- Must be based in or willing to work in San Pedro, Laguna.
