Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive financial solutions including insurance and investment products to clients, focusing on the Chinese-speaking market in Binondo and surrounding areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups, financial reviews, and excellent customer service.
- Identify client needs and tailor financial plans to help them achieve their short-term and long-term goals.
- Prospect and acquire new clients through referrals, networking, and community engagement within the Chinese-speaking community.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets, contributing to the overall growth of the branch.
- Stay updated on market trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes to provide accurate and timely advice.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM tools.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin or other Chinese dialects) and English is required; knowledge of Tagalog is an advantage.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, financial services, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage but not required.
- Must be willing to work in Binondo, Metro Manila, and conduct fieldwork as needed.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within the organization.
