Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis (FNA) to assess client goals and current financial status.
- Present and recommend suitable life insurance and investment products to meet client needs.
- Build and maintain a robust network of potential clients within the Tagaytay community.
- Effectively communicate complex policy features and benefits to ensure client understanding.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Coordinate closely with underwriting and support teams to ensure smooth policy processing.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service and conduct regular policy reviews.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, insurance, or financial services is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- Proactive attitude, high integrity, and a strong work ethic.
- Must be willing to obtain the necessary Life Insurance Agent licenses (e.g., PNB Life License).
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
