- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis to identify appropriate insurance and investment products.
- Provide expert advice on risk management and financial security strategies.
- Actively prospect for new business opportunities within the local Talisay and Cebu community.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through personalized service and consistent communication.
- Prepare professional presentations and proposals tailored to individual client requirements.
- Stay updated on market trends, financial products, and regulatory changes within the insurance industry.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or any related field.
- Proven track record in sales, customer service, or client relationship management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Strong presentation skills and confidence in public speaking or 1-on-1 consultations.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professional ethics and integrity.
- Residency in or around Tabunok, Cebu is highly preferred.
