In this pivotal role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, conducting comprehensive financial needs analysis to recommend tailored financial solutions that secure the future of your clients. We are looking for individuals who excel in sales and are passionate about helping clients navigate their financial goals. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of ₱23,000 – ₱27,000 per month and provides excellent opportunities for career growth within a leading insurance provider.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform detailed financial needs analysis to determine the specific requirements and goals of potential clients.
- Present and sell life insurance and investment products tailored to meet client needs and objectives.
- Maintain and grow a portfolio of clients through regular follow-ups, relationship management, and networking.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide exceptional customer service and educate clients on the benefits of various financial products.
- Prepare necessary documentation and ensure strict compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for market penetration in the Pangasinan region.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, financial services, or the insurance industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to work independently in a field-based environment within Pangasinan.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others achieve financial security.
- Must be willing to undergo training and obtain necessary licensing requirements for insurance sales agents.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are highly desirable.
