Tanggung Jawab
- Follow up promptly on high-quality leads provided by the company to convert prospects into clients.
- Conduct professional consultations to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales targets and performance benchmarks.
- Manage and maintain accurate customer records and interaction history within the CRM system.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations over the phone, highlighting the benefits of our financial products.
- Build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and referrals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, financial market developments, and competing products.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and contribute to a positive team culture.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a direct sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.
- Resilient personality with the ability to handle objections professionally and stay motivated.
- Basic understanding of financial products, loans, or banking services.
- Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven office environment in Cheras.
