StaffKing Pte Ltd is seeking an exceptional Fine Dining Server / Captain to join a prestigious Sky Dining, Bar & Lounge venue located in the heart of Singapore's Central Region. This rooftop destination offers guests an unparalleled dining experience with breathtaking views, and we are looking for a passionate hospitality professional to lead service operations and elevate every guest's journey.

As a Server / Captain, you will take ownership of the dining floor, ensuring seamless service from arrival to departure. You will guide your team, coordinate with the kitchen and bar, handle guest inquiries, and maintain the highest standards of fine dining etiquette. The role demands a polished presence, strong leadership, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Attractive monthly salary: $3,000 – $3,300

Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and seat guests, present menus, and make informed recommendations on food and beverage selections
  • Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of dishes while accommodating special requests
  • Lead and supervise the service team during shifts, delegating tasks and maintaining service flow
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to guarantee seamless execution and quality standards
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues with professionalism and poise
  • Assist in opening and closing duties, including table setup, cleanliness, and inventory checks
  • Process billing, payments, and maintain accurate transaction records
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and alcohol service regulations

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a fine dining restaurant or luxury hospitality environment
  • Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and fine dining service protocols
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays (11am to 2am)
  • Prior supervisory or captain experience is highly preferred
  • Positive attitude, professional grooming, and a team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed
