Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Present menus and provide detailed knowledge of dishes, wine pairings, and ingredients to enhance the dining experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff promptly.
- Monitor table conditions throughout the meal, anticipating guest needs and refilling drinks as necessary.
- Supervise and train service staff, ensuring adherence to company standards of service and grooming.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with grace and professionalism.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including inventory checks and cleaning duties.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality settings is preferred.
- Proven leadership experience as a Crew Supervisor or similar role is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English (and Malay preferred) with a confident and articulate speaking voice.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and wine knowledge is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Punctuality, reliability, and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
- Physically fit to stand for long periods and perform heavy lifting when required.
