Exis Tech Sdn Bhd is currently seeking a dedicated and meticulous Fine Tuner to join our manufacturing operations in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that all production procedures strictly adhere to safety protocols, 5S organization principles, and high productivity targets. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily workflow, ensuring that every product meets our stringent quality benchmarks before reaching the market. We are looking for a proactive individual who can train new operators, manage stock levels efficiently, and report technical issues immediately to minimize downtime. Your ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements will be key to our team's success. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production procedures to ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment by strictly implementing 5S principles.
- Train and mentor production operators on machinery usage, best practices, and company policies.
- Monitor stock levels and manage inventory to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Identify production bottlenecks and report technical or quality issues to management immediately.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve manufacturing processes and increase productivity.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal quality requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Strong understanding of 5S methodologies, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and lead junior staff.
- Proficient in using standard manufacturing tools and equipment.
- Physically fit and capable of working in a fast-paced factory setting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
