Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming finished goods according to company standards
- Organize and store products in designated warehouse areas using proper inventory management systems
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in regular stock counts
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies and regulations
- Collaborate with logistics team to coordinate shipping and receiving schedules
- Identify and report any discrepancies or issues related to inventory or product quality
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical training in warehouse management or logistics is a plus
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics preferred
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (training provided if needed)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling products and documentation
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring standing, walking, lifting, and moving materials
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a warehouse setting
