KB Colour Image is currently seeking a skilled Finisher to join our dynamic team in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. As a key member of our production facility, you will play a vital role in transforming raw prints into polished, high-quality final products for our diverse client base.
In this role, you will be responsible for the post-press finishing process, ensuring that every project meets our rigorous quality standards before it reaches the customer. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate various finishing machinery including cutters, laminators, folders, and binding equipment.
- Perform precise cutting, trimming, and folding of printed materials according to job specifications.
- Conduct thorough quality inspections on all finished goods to ensure alignment, color accuracy, and overall presentation.
- Coordinate with the production team to manage workflow and meet tight project deadlines.
- Prepare, pack, and label finished products for delivery or client pickup.
- Perform routine maintenance on finishing equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the production area.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Finisher or in a similar role within a print or production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify visual defects or inconsistencies.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders and technical specifications accurately.
- Good physical stamina, with the ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Basic troubleshooting skills and familiarity with standard print shop safety protocols.
- Willingness to learn new finishing techniques and adapt to changing production demands.
