- Oversee and manage all architectural finishing and fit-out works to ensure quality standards are met
- Review architectural drawings, specifications, and material selections for compliance with project requirements

- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in architectural finishing and fit-out projects
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and finishing techniques
- Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit)
- Excellent understanding of local building codes and regulations
- Strong project management skills with ability to meet deadlines and budgets
