Are you an experienced operations leader looking to make a global impact? Remitly PHL Operations Inc is seeking a high-caliber Fintech B2B Operations Manager to oversee our core remittance operations. In this pivotal role, you will lead high-performing global teams, champion process excellence, and drive innovation in the fast-paced B2B fintech space.
You will be responsible for ensuring our service levels consistently exceed global standards, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and mentoring talent. We are looking for a strategic thinker who is passionate about financial inclusion and eager to transform the remittance landscape through data-driven decisions and operational rigor.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and scale multi-site global operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of B2B remittance services.
- Define, track, and optimize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to drive operational excellence.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies to reduce friction and costs.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in Product, Engineering, and Compliance to streamline operational workflows.
- Manage end-to-end talent lifecycle, including recruitment, performance coaching, and career development of team leads and associates.
- Ensure 100% adherence to global compliance standards, risk management protocols, and quality assurance frameworks.
- Drive organizational change management to support rapid scaling and integration of new fintech solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of leadership experience in a B2B, Fintech, or large-scale BPO operations environment.
- Proven track record of managing global teams and remote workforces.
- Expertise in data analysis, reporting tools, and operational forecasting.
- Strong background in Quality Assurance (QA) and process optimization frameworks.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience in managing complex remittance processes or high-volume payment processing is highly preferred.
