Tanggung Jawab
- Receive and prioritize incoming emergency calls from fire alarm systems and public reports
- Accurately assess emergency situations and dispatch appropriate emergency services
- Maintain detailed logs of all communications and dispatch activities
- Provide clear instructions to callers until emergency responders arrive
- Coordinate with multiple agencies including fire departments, police, and medical teams
- Operate computer-aided dispatch systems and emergency communication equipment
- Follow established protocols for different emergency scenarios
- Participate in regular training and drills to maintain proficiency
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in emergency dispatch preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in call center or emergency services environment
- Strong communication skills with ability to convey information clearly under stress
- Proficiency in computer systems and emergency dispatch software
- Ability to multitask and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
