PT Lami Packaging Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Fire Fighting & CCTV Engineer to join our facility safety and security team in Tangerang. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our site’s safety infrastructure, ensuring that both our fire prevention protocols and surveillance systems operate at peak performance.
You will be responsible for developing comprehensive emergency response strategies, conducting rigorous risk assessments, and maintaining sophisticated CCTV monitoring networks to safeguard our assets and personnel. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of fire safety engineering, industrial security systems, and a passion for operational excellence within a manufacturing environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain advanced fire safety protocols and emergency response procedures for the manufacturing facility.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify fire risks and potential hazards, providing actionable mitigation strategies.
- Design, install, and troubleshoot CCTV surveillance systems to ensure comprehensive site coverage and high-resolution monitoring.
- Lead and provide intensive training programs for the internal firefighting team to ensure operational readiness.
- Manage the routine inspection and preventative maintenance of fire suppression systems, alarm systems, and monitoring hardware.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure all safety equipment adheres to local and international building and fire codes.
- Prepare detailed technical reports regarding system performance, safety incidents, and equipment health status.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (min. 2-3 years) in managing fire safety systems and industrial CCTV/Security systems.
- Strong knowledge of fire prevention standards, regulations, and risk assessment methodologies.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting IP camera systems, DVR/NVR setups, and network-based security architecture.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to train and motivate safety personnel.
- Ability to perform under pressure during emergency situations and provide swift, logical solutions.
- Knowledge of Indonesian safety standards (K3) is highly preferred.
