Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspection, testing, and maintenance of various fire fighting systems including fire alarms, sprinkler systems, hydrants, fire extinguishers, and emergency lighting.
- Conduct installation, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems, wiring, control panels, and related components in compliance with safety standards.
- Diagnose faults and malfunctions in fire protection and electrical systems using appropriate tools and testing equipment.
- Ensure all work is carried out in adherence to relevant safety regulations, industry codes (e.g., NFPA, local Malaysian standards), and company policies.
- Prepare accurate technical reports on maintenance activities, system status, and any necessary repairs or upgrades.
- Respond promptly to emergency call-outs for fire fighting and electrical system failures or issues.
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to ensure seamless system integration and optimal performance.
- Maintain proper inventory of spare parts and tools, and recommend procurements as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Technical Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Fire Safety Technology, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in the maintenance and installation of fire fighting and electrical systems.
- Strong understanding of fire safety codes, electrical wiring diagrams, and relevant industry standards (e.g., NFPA).
- Proficiency in using testing equipment and diagnostic tools for both fire and electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, for reporting and interacting with stakeholders.
- Possession of a valid driving license and willingness to travel within the Klang/Port Klang area for site visits.
