Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough fire safety inspections of commercial, industrial, and residential properties
- Verify compliance with Philippine Fire Code (PFC) and other relevant regulations
- Identify fire hazards in building systems, electrical installations, and emergency exits
- Prepare detailed inspection reports with corrective action recommendations
- Collaborate with property owners and contractors to implement safety improvements
- Investigate fire incidents and determine causes for prevention strategies
- Provide fire safety education and training to building occupants and staff
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Fire Safety Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Professional Fire Inspector certification (e.g., NFPA, PRC-accredited)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fire safety inspection or compliance
- Deep knowledge of Philippine Fire Code (PFC) and local building regulations
- Proficiency in using inspection tools and safety assessment software
