You will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, testing, and project coordination of sophisticated electrical, fire protection, and vertical transportation systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operation, routine maintenance, and inspection of fire protection systems and lift installations.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely repairs and adherence to site safety standards.
- Perform regular diagnostics and troubleshooting on electrical control systems to minimize downtime.
- Manage technical documentation, maintenance logs, and compliance reports in alignment with local authority regulations.
- Assist in the planning and execution of facility improvement projects and system upgrades.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement preventative measures to ensure a safe campus environment.
- Respond promptly to emergency alerts and technical failures within the facility.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in facility management, specifically with Fire Alarm Systems and/or Lift maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Standards (SS) for fire safety and building vertical transportation codes.
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced campus environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with external stakeholders and internal facility teams.
- Willingness to support on-call duties or rotational shifts as required by operational needs.
