Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed 3D BIM models for fire protection systems including sprinklers, fire alarms, and suppression systems
- Ensure all models comply with local fire safety regulations and industry standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate fire protection systems into building designs
- Perform clash detection and coordination between fire protection systems and other building components
- Create detailed documentation and specifications for fire protection installations
- Conduct regular model reviews and updates to reflect design changes and improvements
- Stay current with advancements in BIM technology and fire protection systems
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM modeling with a focus on fire protection systems
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of fire protection systems and safety regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members
- Certification in BIM or fire safety is a plus
