Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed fire protection system designs, including sprinkler layouts, standpipes, and fire alarm systems, using Revit.
- Create accurate construction documentation, schematics, and shop drawings in accordance with project specifications.
- Coordinate fire protection layouts with architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) models to identify and resolve clashes.
- Perform hydraulic calculations to ensure system efficiency and compliance with NFPA standards.
- Participate in design review meetings and provide technical support to project managers and site engineers.
- Ensure all designs adhere to building codes, local fire safety regulations, and client requirements.
- Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle to reflect design changes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fire protection system design.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit is required; BIM coordination experience is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of NFPA standards, building codes, and local fire safety regulations.
- Proven ability to perform hydraulic calculations and system sizing.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work within a team-oriented environment.
- Professional certification (e.g., PME or relevant technical certification) is a significant advantage.
