Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop comprehensive fire protection systems (sprinkler, standpipe, fire alarm, special hazards) using Autodesk Revit.
- Perform hydraulic calculations, pipe sizing, and other engineering analyses to ensure system effectiveness and code compliance.
- Prepare detailed fire protection drawings, schematics, and specifications in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Coordinate design efforts with architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) disciplines for seamless system integration.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, national standards (e.g., NFPA), and client specifications.
- Participate in design reviews, client meetings, and project discussions to present design concepts and gather feedback.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fire protection technologies, codes, and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in fire protection system design.
- Demonstrated expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit for designing fire protection systems.
- Strong understanding of NFPA codes, local building codes, and other relevant industry standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of other MEP design software is a plus.
- Ability to perform complex hydraulic calculations and prepare accurate material specifications.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a project team environment.
