Tanggung Jawab
- Lead design and implementation of fire protection systems (sprinklers, alarms, suppression)
- Ensure compliance with NFPA, OSHA, and local fire safety regulations
- Conduct fire risk assessments and hazard analyses
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Prepare technical specifications, drawings, and compliance reports
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and construction teams
- Perform site inspections and system maintenance evaluations
- Stay updated on emerging fire protection technologies and codes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of fire protection design experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Proficiency in fire modeling software (FPETool, PyroSim)
- Expert knowledge of NFPA 101, NFPA 13, and NFPA 72
- Strong project management and client communication skills
- Experience with AutoCAD and BIM modeling
- Certification in Fire Protection Technology (CFP) or equivalent
