Tanggung Jawab
- Design, review, and evaluate fire protection systems including sprinklers, fire alarms, and suppression systems.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure all fire safety equipment complies with local regulations and building codes.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports and documentation for fire safety audits and system performance.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and project managers to oversee installation and maintenance schedules.
- Provide technical guidance on fire safety protocols to operational staff and facility managers.
- Identify potential fire hazards and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize operational risks.
- Stay updated with the latest Fire Code developments and industry standards in Singapore.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Fire Protection Engineering (or a related field).
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in fire protection design or facility management.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Fire Code and relevant safety standards (e.g., SS, NFPA).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering design software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Independent, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Possession of relevant professional certifications in Fire Safety is highly advantageous.
