Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive fire risk assessments and safety audits for manufacturing plants and facilities.
- Design, review, and approve fire protection systems, including sprinkler systems, fire alarms, and suppression systems.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations (e.g., Permen PU, SPMI) and international safety standards.
- Coordinate with architects and construction teams during new facility construction or retrofitting projects.
- Train employees on fire safety protocols and conduct regular fire drills.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of fire safety equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Investigate fire incidents and provide detailed reports and recommendations for improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Fire Protection Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fire protection engineering within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Valid certification in fire safety or related engineering discipline (e.g., BNSP certification is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of local fire codes, SPMI regulations, and building construction standards.
- Proficiency in using CAD software and fire protection design tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
