Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end fire protection projects from conception through to completion and handover
- Ensure full compliance with Singapore Fire Safety Act, NFPA standards, and local regulations
- Conduct site assessments, risk evaluations, and prepare detailed engineering designs
- Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and regulatory authorities
- Prepare technical documentation including drawings, specifications, and project reports
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Implement quality control procedures and safety protocols on-site
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Fire Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in fire protection project management
- Professional certification (e.g., Fire Protection Engineer, NFPA) preferred
- Deep knowledge of Singapore fire safety codes and international standards
- Proficiency in CAD software and engineering design tools
- Strong project management skills with budget oversight experience
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication abilities
