Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee installation, maintenance, and inspection of fire alarm and sprinkler systems
- Manage technical teams including technicians and engineers to ensure operational excellence
- Develop and implement service protocols compliant with Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) standards
- Coordinate client relationships, addressing service requests and ensuring satisfaction
- Conduct system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and emergency response procedures
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and compliance certifications
- Optimize service workflows and resource allocation for maximum efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Fire Safety Technology
- Minimum 5 years' experience in fire protection systems (fire alarms & sprinklers)
- Valid NICET Level III or equivalent fire protection certification
- Proven team leadership experience in technical service environments
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Fire Safety Act and SCDF regulations
- Expertise in system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and emergency response
- Excellent project management and client communication skills
