Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance of fire alarm systems and suppression systems to ensure 100% operational readiness.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in fire safety equipment, including detectors, pull stations, and control panels.
- Install, service, and inspect fire extinguishers, sprinklers, and hydrants according to manufacturer specifications and safety codes.
- Ensure strict compliance with local fire codes, OSHA standards, and relevant industry regulations during all operations.
- Document all maintenance activities, test results, and repairs in detailed logs and reports for management review.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and building managers to recommend upgrades and improvements to existing fire protection infrastructure.
- Respond promptly to emergency service calls regarding fire safety equipment failures.
Kualifikasi
- Completion of vocational training or a degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- Valid certification in Fire Safety or relevant technical training (e.g., NICF, NFPA 4).
- Proven experience in installing, testing, and maintaining fire alarm and suppression systems.
- Strong understanding of local building codes, safety regulations, and electrical standards in the Philippines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or effectively within a team.
- Physically fit to perform fieldwork, including lifting equipment and climbing ladders to access systems.
