Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive fire safety plans for construction and operational phases
- Conduct regular fire risk assessments and safety audits across facilities
- Oversee installation, testing, and maintenance of fire protection systems
- Coordinate emergency response drills and staff safety training programs
- Ensure compliance with NFPA standards and local fire safety regulations
- Investigate fire incidents and prepare improvement recommendations
- Lead safety committee meetings and communicate safety protocols
- Maintain documentation of fire safety procedures and incident reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Fire Safety Engineering, Safety Management, or related field
- Professional certification (NFPA, FIA, or equivalent fire safety qualification)
- Minimum 5 years experience in industrial fire safety management
- Deep knowledge of local fire codes and international safety standards
- Strong leadership abilities with training and team management experience
- Proficiency in fire risk assessment methodologies and emergency protocols
- Experience with industrial facility safety management systems
- Excellent communication skills for safety training and stakeholder reporting
