Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive fire safety management systems and workplace health & safety policies
- Conduct regular risk assessments, safety audits, and compliance inspections across facilities
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to implement corrective actions
- Deliver engaging safety training programs for employees and management teams
- Coordinate emergency response drills and ensure crisis preparedness
- Maintain accurate safety documentation and regulatory reporting
- Liaise with government authorities and industry bodies on safety standards
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for safety performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Engineering, or related field
- Certified Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) and Fire Safety Manager (FSM) credentials
- Minimum 3 years' experience in safety management within Singapore
- Proficiency with local regulations (SS 507, SS 558, WSH Act)
- Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and incident investigation
- Certification in Fire Safety Management or equivalent
- Excellent communication and training facilitation abilities
- Experience with safety management systems (ISO 45001 preferred)
