We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Fireman (Boiler) to join our operations team at Eco Medi Glove in Kamunting, Perak. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our boiler house and steam generation facilities. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who understands the importance of maintaining high safety standards and machinery integrity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
As a Fireman, you will ensure that our production processes run smoothly by monitoring system performance and responding to operational needs. You will play a key role in maintaining a safe workplace for all employees by strictly adhering to safety protocols and environmental regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor boiler systems to ensure optimal steam generation and performance.
- Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and cleaning of boiler equipment and accessories.
- Maintain accurate daily logs and records of boiler operations, pressure levels, and water levels.
- Respond immediately to alarms, emergencies, and any irregularities in the system.
- Ensure all fire-fighting equipment and safety apparatus are in excellent working condition and readily accessible.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to troubleshoot technical issues and perform preventive repairs.
- Adhere to all company safety policies, standard operating procedures, and local regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Relevant certificate or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Boiler Operation, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience working as a Fireman or Boiler Operator in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Valid Boiler Operator Certificate (where applicable in Malaysia).
- Strong knowledge of boiler safety systems, pressure vessels, and emergency shutdown procedures.
- Physically fit and able to work in a hot, industrial environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
