Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a highly skilled Fireman & ERT Specialist to join our operations in Morowali, Sulawesi Tengah. As a critical member of our emergency response team, you will ensure the safety of our workforce and facilities by mitigating risks and responding swiftly to critical incidents. This is a pivotal role within the Mining, Natural Resources & Energy sector, offering a unique opportunity to work in a high-stakes industrial environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular fire safety inspections and hazard identification across the mining site.
- Operate and maintain firefighting equipment, pumps, and emergency response vehicles.
- Lead and coordinate Emergency Response Team (ERT) drills and evacuation procedures.
- Respond immediately to fire alarms, chemical spills, or medical emergencies.
- Provide first aid and emergency medical support to injured personnel.
- Document incident reports and maintain detailed logs of safety activities.
- Train and mentor junior staff on emergency protocols and safety equipment usage.
Kualifikasi
- Certificate in Firefighting, First Aid, or Industrial Safety (S3K/S3A).
- Valid ERT certification and passing physical fitness test results.
- Proven experience working in the Mining, Oil & Gas, or Heavy Industry sectors.
- Strong ability to remain calm under pressure in emergency situations.
- Basic knowledge of hazardous materials handling and chemical safety.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and in remote locations.
- Clean criminal record and valid ID.
