Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance firmware for embedded systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate firmware with hardware components.
- Develop and execute automated test scripts to ensure software reliability and performance.
- Work closely with QA engineers to optimize testing protocols and debug system-level issues.
- Perform system profiling, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to resolve complex firmware bugs.
- Document technical specifications and firmware design requirements to ensure scalable architecture.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high quality standards and best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the firmware development lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in firmware development using C/C++.
- Strong understanding of embedded system architecture (ARM, RISC-V, or similar).
- Proven experience in building automated testing frameworks (Python preferred).
- Familiarity with hardware communication protocols such as I2C, SPI, UART, and USB.
- Experience with RTOS (Real-Time Operating Systems) and bare-metal programming.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
