Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive first aid and emergency response training sessions for corporate and public audiences
- Develop and update curriculum materials aligned with OSH 1994 and Resuscitation Council guidelines
- Assess trainee competency through practical evaluations and scenario-based assessments
- Manage training logistics including equipment preparation, venue setup, and scheduling
- Maintain accurate training records and certification documentation
- Stay current with industry advancements through continuous professional development
- Facilitate CPR, AED usage, and trauma management simulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance program delivery
Kualifikasi
- Certified in First Aid Instruction (FAI) or equivalent from recognized institutions
- Minimum 2 years experience in emergency response training or healthcare education
- Valid Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Strong presentation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
- Knowledge of Malaysian OSHA regulations and safety standards
- Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Education, or related field preferred
- Experience developing training materials and assessment tools
- Proficient in emergency scenario facilitation and debriefing techniques
