Compart Systems Technologies is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented First Article (FA) Technician to join our engineering team in Kulim, Kedah. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and precision in our manufacturing processes. You will perform rigorous inspections on new product designs to verify that all components meet engineering specifications before mass production begins. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive First Article Inspections (FAI) on mechanical assemblies and components.
- Verify part dimensions and tolerances against engineering drawings and GD&T requirements.
- Operate and maintain precision measuring equipment, including CMMs, micrometers, and calipers.
- Document inspection results accurately and report any non-conformities or deviations to the quality team.
- Assist in the setup and validation of new production lines and tooling.
- Analyze technical data to support root cause analysis for quality issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe inspection area compliant with ISO standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience performing First Article Inspections or in Quality Control.
- Strong working knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
- Proficient in reading and interpreting complex technical blueprints and schematics.
- Experience with coordinate measuring machines (CMM) is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and analytical abilities.
- Valid Malaysian driving license is preferred.
