Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on ATM machines to ensure optimal functionality
- Conduct initial troubleshooting and diagnose technical issues with ATM systems
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and operational disruptions
- Document maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance in company databases
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues beyond first-level support
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company standards and security protocols
- Provide technical assistance to ATM users when necessary
- Stay updated with the latest ATM technologies and maintenance procedures
Kualifikasi
- Technical diploma or degree in electronics, computer science, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in ATM maintenance or similar technical role
- Strong knowledge of ATM hardware components and software systems
- Proficient in diagnostic tools and troubleshooting methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (for mobile maintenance duties)
- Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
