As a First Mile Supply Support, you will be the backbone of our dispatch operations. Your primary duty is to ensure the flawless execution of dispatch plans by meticulously coordinating vehicle supply, maintaining robust communication channels, and confirming truck assignments. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily truck assignments and vehicle supply to ensure strict adherence to dispatch plans.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between dispatchers, drivers, and sorting facilities.
- Confirm and document all truck assignments and departure schedules.
- Monitor real-time operational progress and proactively address any disruptions or delays.
- Assist in optimizing first-mile routes to improve delivery speeds and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and Shopee's standard operating procedures.
- Generate and maintain accurate daily operational reports for management review.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; those with 1-2 years of experience in logistics or transport coordination are highly preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Willingness to work shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be willing to be assigned in Bocaue, Bulacan.
