Central Proteina Prima is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team in Belitang, South Sumatra. As a key player in the aquaculture and animal feed industry, we are committed to providing superior nutritional products that enhance livestock productivity. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, directly engaging with farmers and feed distributors to drive product adoption and satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence in the Belitang region by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clientele. Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales growth and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets within the Belitang territory.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with farmers, distributors, and feed millers.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify strategic opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new product launches and promotions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the animal feed, poultry, or aquaculture industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve personal and team goals.
- Familiarity with the local market dynamics of South Sumatra is highly advantageous.
