Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain optimal water quality, temperature, and oxygen levels for all live seafood species
- Ensure impeccable cleanliness and sanitation of aquariums, display tanks, and handling equipment
- Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to customers regarding seafood selection and preparation
- Handle live seafood humanely and professionally during harvesting, packing, and customer transactions
- Implement daily feeding schedules and health monitoring protocols for aquatic species
- Manage inventory rotation, restocking procedures, and waste reduction systems
- Train junior staff on seafood handling techniques, customer service standards, and safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in aquaculture, seafood handling, or fish market operations
- Deep understanding of marine species biology and habitat requirements
- Certification in food safety and HACCP principles preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage diverse customer demographics
- Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain precise environmental parameters
- Physical stamina required for extended standing and handling seafood products
- Problem-solving skills for addressing aquatic health issues and customer inquiries
