Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and monitor all tenant fit-out projects from the design submission stage to the final handover to ensure compliance with AEON Mall construction standards and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external contractors to manage daily facility maintenance schedules, repairs, and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Ensure all construction and renovation activities within the mall premises strictly adhere to building regulations, fire safety standards, and operational guidelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections and walkthroughs to identify facility issues, safety hazards, and areas requiring immediate maintenance intervention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants regarding fit-out questions, construction permits, and facility-related operational queries.
- Prepare comprehensive reports regarding project progress, facility performance, and maintenance expenditure to mall management.
- Enforce strict quality control standards for all modifications and maintenance work performed by third-party contractors within the facility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in facility management, construction supervision, or retail fit-out coordination.
- In-depth understanding of building construction materials, M&E systems, and interior fit-out processes.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, layouts, and blueprints (AutoCAD proficiency is highly desirable).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building safety standards, OHS (K3) regulations, and construction management best practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to handle tenant relationships and contractor coordination effectively.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.
